MEC PARKS TAU
In December 2020, Mr Parks Tau was sworn in as the new MEC for the department of Economic Development, environment, Agriculture & Rural development in the Gauteng Provincial Government. MEC Parks Tau is a seasoned local government practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in various influential roles, Including being the Deputy Minister of Cooperative Governance and traditional Affairs and executive Mayor of Johannesburg until 2016.
With a thriving political career , MEC parks Tau completed his studies in Public Management from Regenesys Business School and currently holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of London.
MEC Tau continues todemonstrate his commitment to turn our country into an equitable, non-racial, non-sexist, a prosperous, and just society for all – particularly its youth and women – through the ongoing implementation of all developmental programs

founder of Vuleka Platform, a company that is a fin-tech, e-commerce platformfor the informal sector focusing on aggregation, bulk buying and distribution for the informal market based in township servicing over 1000 spaza across the
Gauteng region, with over 30 staff employed on a permanent and contract basis.

TUMELO DICHABE IS A BUSINESS ADVISOR AT TECHNOSERVE, WHERE HE WORKS TO DEVELOP YOUTH-OWNED ENTERPRISES BY IMPARTING TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SKILLS, PROVIDES COACHING AND MENTORSHIP, AND LEVERAGES ON NETWORKS TO CREATE MARKET LINKAGE OPPORTUNITIES.
IN THE 3 YEARS WITH TECHNOSERVE, HE HAS SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED 3 YOUTH ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES WHICH BENEFITED 150 BENEFICIARIES. HE CONTINUES TO MENTOR 15 OF THOSE BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE ACTIVELY RUNNING THEIR BUSINESSES.
HE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING, BUSINESS MENTORING AND IS CURRENTLY STUDYING TOWARDS BEING A SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR
NOTHILE MPISI GENERAL MANAGER
eKasiLabs is an extension of The Innovation Hub to the township, 10 innovation facilities across Gauteng province.She has extensive incubation experience in entrepreneurship and innovation having worked with Raizcorp Business Incubator prior to joining The Innovation Hub.She serves as an Advisory Board Member of UJ Peets and I learn to live in KwaZulu Natal.
